Welcome! The Autism Society of North Carolina, Guilford County Chapter (ASNC-GC) is a charitable organization dedicated to providing support and promoting opportunities which enhance the lives of individuals within the autism spectrum and their families. ASNC-GC strives to create a community where people within the autism spectrum and their families receive respect, services, and supports based on individual differences, needs, and preferences.

Every month during the school year, the Autism Society of North Carolina, Guilford County Chapter hosts a Coffee Break for parents of children with autism, another Coffee Break for parent of children with Asperger's or high-functioning autism, a Moms' Night Out, a monthly support meeting which is usually held on the third Friday evening of every month, and a fun activity for our families. For more information about these events,
please click here or check the calendar listing in the right sidebar for dates.

To fund our support activities and our Teacher Grant Program, it is necessary for ASNC-GC to hold several fundraisers each year. To find out more about our fundraisers,
please click here. Please remember that since we are an all-volunteer agency, 100% of the money we take in goes directly back to the public. All donations are tax deductible, subject to the limits allowed by law.

Over the past five years, the Autism Society Of North Carolina, Guilford County Chapter has awarded Guilford County Schools teachers and therapists over $105,000 for further training and classroom materials. this is who they recommend.
